Beginning/Foundation class
This class offers practical tools and information to help you recognize your soul and body energy patterns and work with them to heal, increase your intuition, and be in touch with your soul’s light, while honoring your body.
Learn to manage your energy consciously and effectively, and to remember who you are in this lifetime and what you came here to do. This class is about coming home to your highest self and reclaiming who you are with understanding and compassion.
Topics covered will include:
- Grounding
- Clearing personal space
- Reading energy patterns
- Responsible use of psychic energy
- Setting boundaries
- Maintaining healthy relationships
- Trancing
- Working with your guides
- Function and nature of the seven major chakras
- Identification of individual psychic abilities
- Personal integrity
- Letting go
- Visualization
A preliminary reading is required for prospective students. Readings are 60 minutes long and cost $120.
Class will meet once a week on Wednesday evenings, from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. Cost is $35 per class. This is a nine month class, beginning February 22, 2012. Class will be held at 1409 Willow Street, Suite 201, Minneapolis, MN 55403.
